Indoor Air QualityA professional environmental assessment can be a valuable tool to help you determine the quality of your indoor air. Our State Licensed Mold Assessors will look for sources of moisture intrusion that could allow the growth of mold, check the temperature and relative humidity, and take laboratory samples. While it is important to take air samples in your home, it is equally important to take surface samples when doing an Indoor Air Quality Assessment. Air samples give you a snapshot of what is in your air at that specific point in time. A surface sample of settled out dust gives us a history of what has gone on in an indoor environment. Assessments will include air sampling for general particle presence including mold spores, pollens, bacteria, and skin cells. Surface samples will also be taken with swabs and tape lifts to determine types of contaminants and counts. Samples will be sent to the laboratory for analysis. Upon receipt of laboratory results, your Assessor will compile a comprehensive report for you. This report will include any recommendations we may have for you to improve your indoor environment.ONE call, we handle it ALL!Contact & Request More Information
